1. Controller
FluxPerfect GmbH & Co OG
Holzgasse 18, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria
Phone: +43 670 3593934
Email: support@fluxperfect.com
We process personal data exclusively on the basis of the GDPR, the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) and the Austrian Telecommunications Act (TKG 2021).
2. Hosting
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH (Canettistraße 5/10, 1100 Vienna, Austria). When you visit the website, the host processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type) in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are deleted by the host according to its retention schedule.
3. Contact form
When you use our contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, phone number, optionally company and shipment volume, message) to handle your request. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You will receive an automatic confirmation email. The data is transmitted to us by email and is not stored in a database on the web server. We keep requests for as long as necessary to process them and answer follow-up questions.
4. Appointment booking (Cal.com)
We embed Cal.com (EU instance, cal.eu) for online appointment booking. The booking calendar is loaded automatically when you open our website – no click is required. In doing so, connection data, in particular your IP address as well as browser and device information, is transferred to Cal.com's servers; when you actually book, the details you enter (e.g. selected time slot, name, email) are transferred as well. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering straightforward online scheduling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); processing takes place on EU servers. Details:cal.com/privacy.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use as few cookies as possible. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (§ 165(3) TKG 2021); consent-requiring cookies are only set after you agree via the cookie banner. The Cal.com booking calendar (see section 4) is loaded automatically on the basis of our legitimate interest and may set its own cookies. You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
| Cookie | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| fp_lang | Stores your language choice (DE/EN) | Necessary | 12 months |
| cc_cookie | Stores your cookie consent | Necessary | 6 months |
| Cal.com (third party) | Appointment booking, loaded automatically on page load | Functional | Session / per Cal.com |
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 – distinguishes visitors | Statistics | 2 years |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics 4 – persists session state | Statistics | 2 years |
Statistics cookies (Google Analytics 4) are only set after your consent (see section 6). We do not use marketing cookies.
6. Web analytics (Google Analytics 4 & Google Tag Manager)
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), loaded via Google Tag Manager (GTM). This lets us analyse, in pseudonymous form, how our website is used and which language version (DE/EN) generates enquiries and bookings (conversion measurement). Full measurement takes place only with your consent; cookies (e.g. _ga) are then set and usage data – such as a shortened IP address, device and browser data, pages viewed and events triggered – is processed.
The provider is Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). A transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and EU standard contractual clauses apply in addition. Google Tag Manager itself sets no cookies but serves to deliver the tags described above.
The GTM container is loaded on every page, which technically transmits your IP address to Google. Until you have agreed, Google Consent Mode v2 applies with the default "denied" for analytics, advertising and personalisation storage: no cookies are set and no identifiers are stored, and only cookieless, aggregated signals without recognition are sent to Google. Only once you grant the "Statistics" category is that default updated to "granted" and your visit measured in full. Withdrawing your consent sets the status back to "denied".
The legal basis is solely your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 165(3) TKG 2021). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via "Cookie settings" in the footer. You can also prevent collection using Google's browser add-on:tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent at any time. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority:www.dsb.gv.at.
8. Contact for privacy requests
For any privacy-related requests, contact us atsupport@fluxperfect.com orinfo@fluxprep.at.
